Lakshyafinder™ and Website are collectively referred to as “Tool”. The Tool will facilitate giving the online. “User/s”, “you”, “your” shall mean and include the user of the Tool. Unless otherwise set out below, each capitalized terms in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning as set out in the Terms of Use of the Tool.

Your Personal Information collected by us is stored on third-party AWS cloud servers. Although they provide appropriate firewalls and protections, we cannot warrant the security of Personal Information transmitted as these systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible, and will take necessary measures to mitigate such events.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials and passwords, code etc.

7. Data Retention Policy

We will keep your data for 5 years from the date you register with us. After that, you will need to re-register. All data will be deleted including any reports after this period of 5 years.
