We at LakshyaFinder™ believe that the best career one can have is when his/her passion or interest becomes the job. With close to 30-38 years spent in the job or choice of business, we are working for more than 50% of life span. The rest of time is spent in education and retirement. For high quality and satisfying job/work, it is very important to take correct and informed career and education decision when the student is in standard 8 through standard 12.

At LakshyaFinder™, we consider student’s strengths, interests along with key behavioral skills to guide students/their parents/teachers/counsellors to take an informed decision about student’s career and further education. We have included 21st century skills recommended by New Education Policy (NEP) and adapted by CBSE board. This will help student to know which skills they are good at, skills needed to be acquired to be ready for the job. We are using latest technology, behavioral research, and science to come up with our recommendations. Our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning based model will help student to search various information related to course(s) they would like to opt for.

It’s often considered short-term, with the primary goal of earning salary. On other hand, a career is the broader, long-term professional journey or progression in a particular field or industry. It encompasses all your work experiences/jobs, skills, and achievements over time, with a focus on growth, advancement, and personal fulfilment.

We are a group of individuals from corporate world having close to 25 years of individual experience in various fields like Product Development & Engineering, Embedded Software, Software Development, Sales and Marketing, Data analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Research etc. This places us in a great position to define the skills needed in corporate world and helping student learn those while they are still studying.
